How to make Ibyer (Tiv Millet Porridge)

Ingredients

1 Cup of boiled water
2 Heaped Tables spoons of Millet Four
1 Teaspoon of fresh ground ginger
Sugar to Taste

Method

Bring 1 Cup of water to a boil.
Mix Millet Flour and ginger with about 2 tablespoons of water.
Add Millet mixture to boiling water.
Stir quickly to avoid lumps.
Let boil for 2-3 minutes and add water according to your preferred thickness.
Serve with Sugar, Milk , Akpukpa, Bread or however desired.
